How it started
Boxing has always been a passion of mine. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, many boxing gyms were forced to close their doors. Although this was saddening, these restrictions gave me the opportunity and the motivation to create something of my own. Arufabudo is a manufacturer and seller of premium boxing gear.
When I was visualizing the brand, I wanted it to embody strength, unity, and determination, as these are some of the essential characteristics of a fighter. What better symbol to represent the brand than a wolf? Thus, this is where the Arufabudo logo stems from.
As for the name “Arufabudo”, it was born from a combination of two Japanese words - “Arufa [x]”, translating to ‘alpha’ and “Budo [x]”, translating to ‘martial arts’.

Living in a time where the state of our environment is critical, we are making a conscious effort to do our part in creating a sustainable future for all. For each purchase of Arufabudo gear, a tree will be planted. Additionally, we have managed to utilize fewer layers of leather in the production of our boxing gloves to not only improve performance but be more eco-friendly.
